Placing Orders

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Orders can be placed over the phone by calling 305-661-5777 or in person at the Marketplace seven days a week during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Allow one of our catering specialists to make recommendations for quantities based on our extensive á la Carte menu.

All food from our Marketplace & Catering menus can be delivered or picked up from our Marketplace located at 8247 South Dixie Hwy. Miami, FL 33143 at the corner of Ludlam Road (SW 67th Ave.) just east of US-1.

We invite you to visit our Marketplace and browse our website, to experience the style of our food and company. After reviewing the menu, our Catering Department is happy to assist you with quantities and selections.

HOW MUCH TIME BEFORE MY EVENT DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
All orders require 24 hours notice unless otherwise specified on the menu. If you are ordering for the next business day, we request that you place your order before 3:00 pm. Menu items change with the seasons and are subject to availability.

DOES JOANNA’S MARKETPLACE DELIVER?
Food can be delivered to your party site seven days a week. Delivery charges are based upon distance. We will arrange for delivery and provide an estimated delivery fee when you place your order. Delivery is available for an additional charge on the holidays. Heating instructions are always included.

CAN YOU PLACE MY ORDER ON PLATTERS?
Food can be beautifully arranged on disposable platters for $5.00 per platter. Or, bring us your platters from home and we are happy to arrange it all on your serving ware.

DOES JOANNA’S SUPPLY PAPER GOODS AND SERVING UTENSILS?
If you require paper goods and serving utensils, there is an additional cost of 50¢ per person. Plasticware includes a dinner plate, dessert plate, fork, knife, napkins and serving utensils.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES?
Changes and Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pick up time. Contact our Catering Department directly for any changes or cancellations. Please note our cancellation policy on your invoice.

DO YOU OFFER FULL-SERVICE CATERING?
If you would like full-service catering with staff & rentals please inquire with our Catering Department and they will assist you with these more extensive catering services.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Please note many items on the menu have minimum quantity requirements.
